Job Description
- Managing finance functions involving designing and implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
- Formulating need-based business plans & strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation for realizing the organizational goals.
- Liaising with internal auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers and other organization.
- Managing and assuring financial resources needed in order to accomplish organizational objectives: pursue and evaluation of company payment abilities.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Manage the preparation of the subsidiary's budget.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Managing Director while recommending further courses of action
- Identify patterns in company spending and revenue; create and propose solutions to any problem areas
- Supervise audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance
- Oversees Currency exchange rate & Producers to eliminate any currency exchange deficit
- Manage Alumil Misr Cash Flow and review it weekly with Managing Director
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
- Managing and Supervising Accounting Team
Job Requirements
- 14 Years of Experience with Min. of 4 years of Experience in a similar position ( Construction background is a plus ).
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Good command of the English language is a must.
- Leadership, problem solve and strategic thinking and analytical thinking skills are a must
- High Attention to details and accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS.
