Monitor Oracle system operations to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.

Conduct regular reviews of Oracle control reports (e.g., GL, AP, AR, PO, Inventory, Projects).

Develop and generate operational and management reports using Oracle BI tools (e.g., OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher).

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to Oracle processes and data flows.

Ensure compliance with internal control policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.

Perform reconciliation checks between subledgers and general ledger.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system efficiency.

Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Support month-end and year-end financial closings by providing key system-generated reports and validations.

Provide training and documentation for business users on Oracle reporting tools and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP systems (EBS, Fusion/Cloud) with a focus on operations and reporting.

Proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, OBIEE), and data extraction.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (especially Financials, SCM, and Projects).

Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
