Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join one of the leading drilling contractors in the Oil and Gas sector.
Main Duties:
- Responsible for installing and configuring different Operation systems, diagnosing hardware/ software faults, and solving technical problems.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of proven experience involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
