Job Description

  • Review Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, coordinates, and realizes the commercial objectives, as well as the strategic and tactics sales activities, as part of the business plan, in order to meet the organization’s objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare weekly Sales reports to monitor the sales progress and to identify the deviation rate from the Sales Targets and Implement the needed plan to recover the deviation in sales target achievement.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting loyal customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and discovering potential gap areas.
  • Implements strategic sales plans to achieve targeted sales.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 6 - 8 proven experience years in the services sales field.
  • Experience in Outsourcing agencies or Training academies is preferred.
  • Fluent in English
