Job Description

Business Requirements Identification

  • Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

Needs Assessment

  • Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders as well as related issues.

Database Specifications

  • Contribute to the approval process for database specifications to ensure all agreed standards and protocols are followed and data integrity is preserved.

Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be"

  • Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.

Horizon Scanning

  • Maintain a deep understanding of current technology, database management, programming practices, and future trends through ongoing education, conference attendance, and industry press.

Application Software Development

  • Develop existing applications and contribute to the development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements.

Feasibility Studies

  • Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete a cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.

Documentation and Back up

  • Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and backup files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries & Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
