Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Ensure that designs align with WellGrow Academy’s brand identity and values.
Digital Media:
- Design engaging content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
Course Material Design:
- Work closely with the Learning & Development team to create aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-navigate course materials, such as workbooks, infographics, and e-learning assets.
Branding and Identity:
- Maintain consistency in all visual communications by adhering to branding guidelines.
- Proactively contribute to enhancing and evolving WellGrow Academy’s visual identity.
Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and instructional designers, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create designs for both print and digital formats.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work.
