Job Description

As a Deputy Customer Service Manager (Order Management - Export) will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to customers.
  • Verifying the availability of placed orders.
  • Updating and tracking customer's payments and orders in the database.
  • Handling customers' product inquiries and resolving any delivery issues.
  • Monitoring the export documentation process to avoid any errors in preparation and processing of documents.
  • Providing timely order acceptance in accordance with company’s guidelines while maintaining an accurate backlog.
  • Coordinating directly with Sales teams, reviewing, and validating customer documentation, order entry, order acceptance, …. etc.
  • Managing customer accounts and following up all enquiries till resolution.
  • Following up with supply team to secure timely order fulfilment.
  • Supervising invoicing transactions.
  • Directing electronic submittal and collection of certificates from chamber of commerce.
  • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports.
  • Ensuring that all export processes are following the laws and regulations
  • Managing, mentoring, and coaching the customer service team.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/ Supply Chain Solutions/ business administration.
  • 7-9 years of minimum experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order management and Customer Service.
  • Fluent English language
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office Programs.
  • SAP user is preferred
  • Gender: Males ONLY
  • Age: 32- 35 years
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
  • Understanding of the shipping demands.
  • Excellent skills in dealing with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This position is not related in anyways to Call Center Management.
