Job Requirements:

• Accurately analyze 3D designs and AutoCAD drawings to propose technical and practical manufacturing solutions to achieve project goals.

• Provide scheduling and details for the ideal materials and components “Bill of Materials (BOM)” for manufacturing advertising materials such as display stands, podiums, booths, and other events.

• Deliver suitable and executable engineering drawings following the principle of Value Engineering to meet multiple projects in the most cost-effective ways.

• Maintain and store all data, engineering drawings, specifications, and lists of names and quantities of raw materials and manufacturing materials.
 

• Ensure that designs are implemented in accordance with safety and security standards.
 

• Manage and monitor the startup of each assigned project in compliance with specified measurements, specifications, and standards.
 

• Ability to explain operational details to manufacturing departments to facilitate the production process.
 

• Provide support in developing operational and manufacturing departments in the company’s interest, including enhancing departments with advanced manufacturing tools and methods that contribute to reducing costs and accelerating production.
 

• Propose practical and innovative ideas and suggest new materials and tools to develop the final product.
 

• Experience in the details of production stages and the machines and equipment used to manufacture all advertising materials such as:
CNC Router – Laser Cutting – Acrylic Formations – Mold Injection – Vacuum Forming.
 

• Communicate and coordinate with the Head of the Technical & Engineering Department to propose appropriate and effective solutions for all challenges that arise during the production process.
 

• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
 

• Ability to manufacture metal parts when multiple materials are used in the required design (if necessary).
 

• Ability to execute and adjust artwork to align with the design to facilitate production speed (if necessary).
 

• Actively participate with the team and provide continuous support without delays, taking responsibility alongside the team.
 

• Work outside official working hours (overtime) for urgent projects.
