Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Instrument Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries, with expertise in both FEED and EPC environments. The Instrument Engineer will be recognized as a specialist in instrumentation engineering for both running plants and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare engineering procedures, studies, designs, drawings, documents, and material/instrument specifications.
Conduct instrument sizing and selection, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support in instrumentation engineering for new projects as well as ongoing plant operations.
Manage and oversee the preparation and review of instrumentation deliverables, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Apply thorough knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, design details, and international codes and standards.
Ensure compliance with CLIENT and Dow Standards and specifications in all project documentation and deliverables.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems into broader engineering designs.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in instrumentation engineering within the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, hydrocarbon, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
Proven experience in both FEED and EPC phases of projects.
Strong expertise in instrumentation sizing, selection, and design.
In-depth knowledge of engineering practices, international standards, and client specifications.
Ability to prepare and review technical documentation and specifications.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
