Job Description
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for DC power systems, solar power systems, and data center solutions to the customers
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions that need their specific needs and align with industry best practices.
- Developing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends , technologies, and product developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and execution sector to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the pre-sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering , advanced degrees are plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role , preferably within DC power, Solar power, or data center industries.
- strong understanding of DC power systems , solar power technologies, and data center infrastructure . proficiency in relevant software and tools.
