- Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets through lead generation, and deal closures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
- Provide oversight and assistance in pre-sales technical activities, collaborating with the technical team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Generate new leads and opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure turnkey projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the development of new products and services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in selling Low voltage and medium voltage switchgear
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
