Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative position in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Customer Service Representative will answer customer inquiries, resolve problems or complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties will also include establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and ensuring that customer needs are met on time.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- University Graduates.
- Males only
- Able to work on rotational and night shifts.
- (0-1) Years of experience.
- Preferred Nasr City, Heliopolis residents.
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full Time.
- The Working days from Sunday to Saturday
- 48 hours per week
- Friday is off.
