Job Description

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they enter the amusement park.
  • Provide a warm and engaging first impression, ensuring guests feel valued and excited about their visit.
  • Offer assistance and answer questions regarding park activities, attractions, and services.
  • Crowd Management: Monitor and manage crowd flow at entrances, exits, and popular attractions to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Assist in maintaining orderly lines and queues, guiding guests to appropriate areas and attractions.
  • Collaborate with park staff and security personnel to address and resolve any crowd-related issues or concerns.
  • Information and Assistance: Serve as a knowledgeable resource about the park's attractions, shows, dining options, and facilities.
  • Provide accurate information and directions to guests, helping them plan their day and navigate the park effectively.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring they have a comfortable and inclusive experience.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously, seeking appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure guests' needs are met and strive to exceed their expectations, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Support promotional activities and special events, including crowd control, ticket scanning, or distributing park materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and age groups.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as per the amusement park's schedule.
  • Knowledge of the amusement park's attractions, shows, and facilities.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing park information and using ticketing systems.
