Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer with strong web and mobile application development skills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the user experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will work closely with our product, design, and development teams to create engaging, intuitive, and responsive interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
• UI/UX Design & Development: Design and implement user-centered UI/UX for web applications and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms, adhering to platform-specific design principles (e.g., Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS).
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on requirements and ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• User Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to implement responsive and interactive UI components across web and mobile platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Design System Management: Maintain and update our design systems, ensuring consistent style and behavior across platforms.
• Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovative and efficient solutions to our projects.
Job Requirements
• Experience:
• 3+ years in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a focus on web and mobile (iOS and Android).
• Portfolio showcasing your ability to create clean, user-centered designs and interfaces for multiple platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular for web development.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks like Flutter or React Native, or native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• UI/UX Skills:
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
