Job Description
- Oversee the Projects Department, ensure each project is well managed by the Project Managers/Engineers and sub-contractors
- Ensure Project Managers are quoting effectively for the benefit of company profit.
- Ensure the Project Team are well managed and suitably analyzed to ensure continued good practice .
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.
- Assist and advise Project Managers where required.
Job Requirements
- Professional Qualification Bachelor’s Degree Engineering.
- +20 Years Proven working experience as a Projects Management Manager in the construction Projects.
- Professional certifications from PMI or CMI
- Project Management, MS office (MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint), and Knowledge of Programming, presentation and reporting skills.
- Understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures within construction field.
- Excellent project management abilities with ability to fully manage all projects across all disciplines is required.
- Time management, Attention to details, leadership and problem solving skills are required.
- Goal oriented, hard worker, good team leader with strong time management and communication skills.
