As a Bookkeeper at TradeSpace, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our group companies. This remote position involves managing financial transactions, keeping precise records, and providing critical insights for strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include handling accounts payable and receivable, performing monthly reconciliations, and managing data through platforms like Dext and Airtable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (Dext): Accurately categorize vendor invoices by class and location.
- Accounts Receivable (QuickBooks Online & Nexudus): Ensure proper categorization of automated entries to the correct ledgers.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly transactions with 99% accuracy within 5 days of month-end.
- Data Management: Extract and organize data from Airtable for accurate reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain a 99% accuracy rate in Dext and QuickBooks categorization.
- Complete monthly reconciliations within 5 days of the month-end.
- Ensure less than 2% errors in data accuracy for Airtable tasks.

Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Business Controller and Finance Controller via Slack, with bi-weekly performance check-ins. Google Meet will be used for necessary meetings, and specific tasks will be managed through Airtable.

Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- 3+ years of accounting experience, certified in QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Dext, and strong email management skills.
- Full-time availability with a reliable home office setup.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Nexudus and Airtable.
- 3+ years of accounting-related experience, including reporting.
- Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
