Job Description
Required for a Startup, an experienced MS Technology Full Stack Team Leader, You’ll lead a team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You will take responsibility of development of sensitive parts. The following are required:
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Build Technical Team from web , backend and mobile
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Build Technical Team from web , backend and mobile
- Translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
- Build and maintain world-class validation and verification testing processes and practices.
- Maintain a clear version control using Git.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- 6+ years of extensive experience
- Ability to take the business requirement from row to end product
- Ability to lead and guide the team from technical point of view
- Ability to assist in technical presales activities
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in .Net API , Angular ,SQL, Mobile cross platform
- Ability to add new technology set to technical team as long as it's been required in business line
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented person who has a high sense of ownership
