We’re seeking a highly motivated & experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our impressive team. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Our hiring process will be as follows:

  3. Case Study: Paid & Short with feedback and possibility of iteration: Detailed process : Avg task time : 2 days task → day 3rd will reply with positive or negative feedback → day 4th will discuss the further step which is offline meeting
  4. Offline Interviews: Once you complete the test case we will reach out to you to let you know if you will be moving on to the next round of interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Career Growth: Ambitious senior-level professionals aiming for a managerial role within a year.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven e-commerce experience.
  • Relevant Background: +3 years Demonstrated experience as an account executive/ account manager within digital agencies.
  • Technical Skills, Digital Marketing: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Arabic.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to make decisions based on analytics and numbers.
