Senior Sales Representative / Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Representative / Team Leader to join our team and drive client acquisition.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Representative / Team Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our Web3 products and services. In this leadership role, you will mentor a sales team, collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams, and align our offerings with market needs. This is a remote position offering a lucrative base salary with a generous commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Pursue leads to establishing strategic partnerships with other blockchain projects, companies, and organizations.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media engagement (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients or partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and team performance to management. - Mentor and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- **Experience:** At least 7-8 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years in the Web3 space.
- **Language Skills:** A native or bilingual level of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT or blockchain sector.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies such as blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, and DAOs. - Familiarity with tokenomics and decentralized ecosystems.

- Proven track record of driving revenue and expanding business partnerships in the tech industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong project management abilities and experience working in dynamic environments.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
