Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer with an engineering background. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting our clients by understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to start a career in a fast-growing engineering company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients and prospective customers.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts, proposals, reports, and documentation.
     

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
  • Fresh Graduate: Recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of engineering concepts and ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
