Job Description
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
Identify, research, and resolve customer-delayed Delivery issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports (Out Come report (Call Reason & Service requests).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Certificate
- 0 to 5 years exp
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Saudi Accent fluency speaking is a must
- Non-Egyptians are welcome to apply as long as they can speak Saudi Accent fluently
