Job Description

We are A Consultation Company in Sheraton , We are looking for a Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team

HR Operations Department

The fit candidate will Learn & Participate in the following:

  • Learn & Participate to Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Learn & Participate to Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Learn & Participate to Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications and payscale and market ranges to offer new compensation schemes in the company
  • Learn & Participate to Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Apply effective communication strategies
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
  • Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

 

Work Conditions:

  • Work location : Sheraton
  • Working hours : 9 AM to 6 PM including 1 hour break
  • Friday and Saturday offs
  • Annual contract & Benefits


 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Willingness to start HR Career
  • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist is a plus
  • Very good Excel user
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Hands on experience with HR Functions
  • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Male
  • Military service clear situation
