We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to act as a direct backup and shadow to our senior executive. This role is designed for a driven, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about learning and excelling in the fields of digital marketing, e-commerce, and business management. The ideal candidate will be junior, ambitious, and hard-working, ready to immerse in all aspects of the business, matching the pace and intensity of the executive's role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the executive in all business functions, learning to anticipate needs and understand the strategic operations of the business.
• Assist in managing both high-level projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Handle communications, scheduling, and information flow to maximize the executive’s time efficiency.
• Support in strategic planning sessions, contributing to discussions and developing presentation materials.
• Take initiative on special projects, from conception through execution, under the guidance of the executive.
• Serve as an operational bridge between the executive and other team members, ensuring clarity and continuity in projects.
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all business dealings and insights gained through proximity to executive leadership.
