Job Description
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- accounting preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3 years professional experience at least.
- Proficiency in database and ERP System. Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft office
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft office
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Proven work experience as a “General Accountant”
- Good command of English language
