• Reaching potential or existing customers to inform them about our digital services
• Answering questions about the services provided or the company itself
• Asking questions to understand the customer's requirements
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
• Closing sales deals.
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details through our CRM system
• Updating customer details when needed
