Job Description
- Manage goods with respect to CAFM Store module.
- Coordinate receiving and issuing the goods and materials to FM team.
- Responsible for controlling the stock of materials with respect to PPM/BD tasks.
- Monitor, plan and schedule the PPM.
- Update the store module in CAFM system.
- Produce work orders required.
- Develop PPM pas a result of the asset inventory, maintenance contracts.
- Maintain records for all reactive and PPM works completed.
- To act as the central conduit between the helpdesk function and the facilities team to provide an efficient and timely response to any reported issues.
- Produce and generate daily reports as required.
- Review and add Asset/Location Data into the FSI CAFM System for efficient and effective use.
- Provide Support for all the facility team regarding the use of the FSI.
- Support in the preparation of Performance Management System (PMS) reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CAFM system for the contracts within its domain.
- Track and route problems, requests, and document resolutions.
- Maintain and develop the existing asset inventory database for all CAFM activities.
- Review the Schedule Asset-based Planned Preventive, Reactive, and Corrective Maintenance Orders for compliance.
- Act as the key focal point for the CAFM related activities for the service provider’s contract issuing daily/weekly/monthly performance activity reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Facility Management programs and systems.
- knowledge of SQL quires language is a must.
- Bachelor degree in information system.
