Job Description
- Processing, reviewing, and monitoring requests for international medical insurance offers.
- Processing, reviewing, and handling international medical insurance claims.
- Reviewing and approving data entry in the company's IT system to maintain up-to-date active Health insurance policies' records.
- Supervising and managing client accounts, including handling offers and responding to account inquiries.
- Providing regular weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Communicating with clients to address their inquiries and problems in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Receiving and managing new business requests from the sales department, as well as handling existing client inquiries related to amendments, pre-authorizations, claims, and renewals.
- Escalating unresolved issues and requests to management.
- Maintaining records of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Monitoring and ensuring the development of an efficient department filing system, both in hard and soft copy.
- Monitoring and ensuring the establishment of an efficient department workflow, and creating one if necessary
