Job Description
- Conduct a daily house tour for the whole hospital, indicating any cleanliness failure and communicating with the housekeeping department/company for corrective actions.
- Explaining and communicating the Housekeeping KPIs with the company and conducting a monthly review along with the company manager.
- Ensuring the housekeeping department/company is using proper chemicals for cleaning and sanitization purposes.
- Ensuring that the housekeeping team members are complying with Hospital standards in term of uniform, attitude, behavior, and customer care.
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards and healthcare industry codes.
- Ensure the high level of cleanliness of the hospital and its facilities are maintained.
- Ensure the high level of cleanliness of discharge rooms before the new admission.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in the same position at (Hospitals or Hotels).
