Job Description
Local innovation house is looking to hire a technical operations manager to manage a team of developers remotely or in house responsible for mobile applications development and design, evaluate current technologies and oversee delivering and maintaining applications meeting the latest standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee and manage a group of mobile applications developers on multiple projects
- Schedule project resources, monitor project timelines
- Set and implement policies and procedures related to applications quality standards and testing
- Work closely with our product and design teams, as well as business stakeholders, to drive and execute on the next set of product innovations required
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in mobile development iOS and/or Android or backend software development.
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or a related managerial position
- BSc in Computer Science or any similar field
- Ability to resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
