Job Description
- Execute the Sited the plant/site emergency plan, procedures and requirements.
- Identify risk assessment of HSE responsibilities
- Record incidents and take the corrective and/or preventive actions.
- Monitor workplace safety.
- Determine the firefighting requirements, distribution, status, review its efficiency (checking firefighting equip. and fire exits).
- Check the safety precautions and signs.
- Identify the hazards in the work environment (physical / mechanical / electrical / biological / chemical / chemical)
- Measuring and evaluating pollutants and hazards by using measurement devices to identify the quality of risks, levels of concentration, nature, quantity and quality, and their effects on the health of workers and the safety of the work environment, and to identify control and control systems for hazards and pollutants.
- Analyzing and evaluating potential risks, disasters and industrial accidents, and preparing emergency response plans crises and training of workers.
- Participate with the administration in planning training programs for technicians
- Periodic inspection of workplaces to identify risks and pollutants.
- Preparing work permits before starting any maintenance and repair operations or any other operations that are likely to cause danger to the safety and health of workers.
- Follow up and perform periodic and preventive maintenance to prevent fire and explosions, as well as ambulance and rescue equipment.
- Determine the tasks within the safety technicians.
- Monitor compliance with safety practices within work areas.
- Follow up shift supervisors and occupational safety and health personnel in terms of performance and the extent to which they are assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years’ experience.
- Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
- Certifications required (OSHA Construction, Risk assessment, firefighting, first aid).
- Valid qualification in occupational health and safety.
- Attention to details.
- Problem solver.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- English ( Good level).
- MS Office high knowledge.
