Job Description

  • Organize daily of all incoming mail, calls and tracing file.
  • Ensure that calls are screened and dealt with in an appropriate way
  • Record minutes of all meetings and ensure that they are taken at every meeting and circulated for further communication with proper follow up on the implementation.
  • Prepare presentations and other documents required for the head of department
  • Create and maintain filing system for the department.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant major
  • Excellent in English Language (Writing , Reading , Conversation)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit
  • High interpersonal skills 
  • Multitasks
