Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in Real estate Is A MUST
- +10 years of practical experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation 3 years of them as a manager.
- Team management skills
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Very Good analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in implementing ERP systems
