Job Description
- Prepare project delivery plan to client (Mockup).
- Preparation of the monthly implementation plan - Method of Statement.
- Coordinate between the Shop drawings (Civil -Arch - MEP) and identify any variation.
- Prepare required documents to proceed with variation orders within current or complementary contracts.
- Prepare the as-built drawing and conform them to preset standards.
- Conduct quantity surveying to identify the material/equipment/personnel needs to align with Project Manager and warehouse.
- Coordinate with Procurement/Contracts & Warehouse for any intended materials/subcontractor.
- Collect and track indirect costs on a daily basis.
- Sub-contractor and providers evaluation in terms of price - quality.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the client and subcontractor interim payment.
- Implement HSE policies and regulations.
- Any other assigned tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 year experience.
- Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim Payment, Variation Order, … etc.).
- Aware of Planning and Cost Control Technique.
- Very Good English Language.
