• Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity measures, monitor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and software implementations.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage IT budgets effectively.
• Process Improvement: Develop and enforce IT policies, best practices, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand and address IT-related business need
