About the Job:
We are seeking talented sales professionals to join our sales team. You will be primarily responsible for direct sales and closing real estate sales deals, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and achieving maximum sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients and present compelling offers for our real estate projects.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide real estate consulting to clients to help them choose the right property.
- Answer client inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Build a database of current and potential clients.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in direct sales in the real estate sector.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
