The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling chandeliers and lighting products in the showroom, providing excellent customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling lighting fixtures or furniture and possess strong interpersonal and sales skills.

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon entering the showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their needs.
• Work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide information on promotions and discounts according to company policy.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and product displays.
• Report any stock shortages to the management to ensure product availability.
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and accurate information on return and warranty policies.
• Full-time, 6 days a week with one day off.
• Flexible working hours based on showroom schedule ( 8 hours per day from 11-7 or 2 -10 pm)
