- Set the region short and long term and distribution plan in alignment with different departments in terms of sales targets, forecasts and budgets according to company strategy.
- Establish sales fundamentals in terms of coverage, distribution, pricing, shelving, feasibility and merchandising.
- Highlight opportunities to reach the maximum number of potential outlets.
- Distribute targets among areas according to the potentiality of each area.
- Follow up on the sales plan implementation and target achievement.
- Maintain strategic stock levels in the assigned market.
- Control payment methods.
- Receive sales audit reports from market research companies and analyze figures to determine required actions to close sales gaps.
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team for implementation of planned activities and projects.
- Follow up on the Logistics department for shipment progression.
- Conduct regular business reviews and assess current versus future business plans.
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with experience from 8-10 years in same field and minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Previous experience in FMCG companies is a must - previous experience in multicultural environment is a huge asset
- Very Good English Language is a must
