Job Description
- Draft and negotiate various contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Reviewee and revise standard contract templates to ensure they met Client specific requirements, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from the initial drafting phase through contract closeout.
- Effectively communicate contract terms and requirements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions with Contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Effectively controlled the Variation process and in timely mannered
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supervision/managerial position
- Native Arabic speaker with English fluency
- Engineering Collage degree
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s core industry, policies, procedures and objectives.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
