Job Description

  • Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications
  • Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals
  • Responding to queries via email, or phone
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Running reports to analyze common complains and problems
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering or Computer Science or any related majors.
  • +2 years of experience in the same field
  • Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows 7,8,10
