Job Requirements

- Strong personal motivation and drive to learn and continually improve self and company. Conducts continuous follow-up during the shipment of products to agents and export customers from the company’s warehouses.
- Follow-up Work System according to GMP, GHP and GSP rules.
- Participate in awareness sessions to employee for Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & BRC) Quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Participate in training needs and interventions to meet quality standards.
- Participate in Conduct planned, unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directions.
- Participate in conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to implemented Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & BRC) (the frequently as per internal audit plan).
- Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits/NCR's and the action effectiveness. Participate and support on-site audits conducted by external warehouses and sales agents. Participate in handling customer complaints.
- Fulfill the customer requirements against quality assurance requirements within the agreed time as per SOP.
- Any other tasks related to work and are asked by the Quality Assurance Manager.
