Job Description

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
  • Handle all the contract preparation processes.
  • Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year experience minimum as Customer Service representative preferred in Real Estate Field.
  •  Excellent Communication, Presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent user of MS Office .
  • Very good English level.
  • Presentable.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
