Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
- Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
- Handle all the contract preparation processes.
- Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience minimum as Customer Service representative preferred in Real Estate Field.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent user of MS Office .
- Very good English level.
- Presentable.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
