Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of FlutterFlow Developers, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Architect, design, and develop cutting-edge mobile applications using FlutterFlow, leveraging your expertise in Flutter development and best practices.
- Oversee the integration of Firebase functionalities, third-party APIs, and advanced search features, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional user experiences.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, fostering an environment where creativity and excellence thrive.
- Drive the implementation of efficient processes, workflows, and coding standards to optimize productivity and maintain high-quality standards across projects.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and management, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Academic Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a GPA of 3.2+.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter/Dart development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
Job Requirements

- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Extensive experience in Flutter development, including proficiency in Dart programming language and expertise in FlutterFlow.
- Strong familiarity with Firebase integrations, backend development, and implementing advanced search functionalities within mobile applications.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs to enhance app functionalities and managing user authentication and user-generated content.
