Job Description
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the development projects.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the development projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Development or a related industry.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Presentable, confident, flexible, self-motivated and a great team p player.
