Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and take charge of establishing and managing the entire HR process and systems from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of building and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures, tailored to the needs of the organization, to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
  • Build the HR function from the ground up, including designing and implementing HR processes and systems that align with the company's goals and culture.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to ensure employee productivity, engagement, and development.
  • Establish and maintain compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to employment, labor laws, and HR practices.
  • Advise and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Create and deliver HR training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and managers.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to drive organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Min 8+ years' experience.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Good experience in social insurance & labor law.
  • Preferred retail experience.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Advanced MS office application user.
  • High Analytical skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Nearby Heliopolis or New Cairo.
