Job Description
Our Company is providing Full paid training for real estate sales.
- Receive leads from marketing campaigns to contact them as well as clients’ data to offer the available services.
- Display and market the company’s projects to possible clients. Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions .
- Upload clients’ information on CRM.
- Approaching own network by contacting targeted clients and following up with them.
- Follow up on potential clients by cold calls.
- Creating daily performance report (DPR) and send it to operation department, team leader and managing director.
- Assume other duties as assigned by his direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must, graduate from a private university is a plus.
- Working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Highly presentable.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- MS Office familiarity (Excel, word and power point)
- Familiar with CRM system.
- New Capital awareness is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
