Job Description
- Provides support for Medical representatives outside & inside the office.
- Sales Administrators take calls, emails, and requests and follow up with the representatives regarding any urgent issues.
- Deals with the routine requests from customers such as requests for price quotes\ offers, donation of delegations letters and delivery dates.
- Passing any technical queries from medical representatives or outside customers to the appropriate and right departments.
- Updating the medical representatives on orders and deliveries
- Helping and supporting the sales teams work more productively.
Job Requirements
- Experience as an Office Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
