Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our tire retreading business. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the tire retreading market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the tire industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tire retreading market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote the benefits of tire retreading to potential customers, highlighting cost savings, environmental benefits, and performance advantages.
  • Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of retreaded tires to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and make informed sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using
  • CRM systems or other designated tools.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Tire industry or related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of tire retreading processes, products, and value propositions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire industry or related field.
  • Familiarity with tire retreading processes and industry-specific knowledge is highly desirable.
