Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
- Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
- Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting
- From 5 to 8 Years of finance/accounting work experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures and standards
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Hands-on experience with financial/accounting software like Odoo
- Advanced MS Excel and spreadsheets skills including V lookup and pivot tables
- 30 years maximum
