Job Description

Public Relations Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with Bahya Hospital’s mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Create and implement communication plans for major hospital initiatives, events, and announcements.

Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, reporters, and influencers.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote hospital news and achievements.
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press conferences.

Content Creation:

  • Write and edit press releases, speeches, op-eds, and other content to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Oversee the production of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.

Crisis Management:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate any negative publicity or issues.
  • Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations and ensure timely and accurate communication with the public and media.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree  in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Max age is 48.
  • Proven track record of managing PR campaigns, media relations, and corporate communication strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing PR teams, including mentoring, performance management, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage teams under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management, including handling negative publicity and developing crisis response strategies.
  • Strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Experience in pitching stories, securing media coverage, and organizing press conferences and events.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a positive brand image, including brand messaging and positioning.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to inform PR strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, speeches, and content for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and persuasive communication materials
  • Expertise in developing and managing content across traditional and digital media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management, content marketing, and online reputation management.
  • Ability to analyze PR metrics, media coverage, and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to act as a spokesperson for the company, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
