COLD CALLERS FOR REAL ESTATE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily you are the frontline of the company so you will be talking to the leads we'll provide you and ensure they'll have a good impression/experience with us.
- You must conduct a pre-qualification process to determine if they are qualified for the service we are offering
- Identifying potential clients who are interested in selling their properties.
- You will manage CRM/tracker/database and maintain the accuracy of the information.
- Coordinate with individuals/teams/departments to ensure a smooth flow in the sales process.
- COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!!
Job Requirements
OVERALL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in English (with a neutral accent or American accent)
- Adept in working for the position you're applying for.
- Professional Attitude & fast-paced
- Reliable/Accountable
- Good work ethic & fully committed.
TECHNICAL/SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop or desktop with a noise-canceling headset
- Windows operating system should be i5 and up with at least 4GB of RAM
- Internet Speed: 15mbps up with LAN connection.
- Must have a backup device, power, and internet for outages.
